About the event
Climate Curious is excited to partner with Friends of Trees for our February event!
This month, we'll be helping Friends of Trees and Portland Parks & Recreation to restore one of N Portland's most treasured parks: Kelley Point Park. We will be planting hundreds of native trees and shrubs and are grateful for your support which makes this event possible.
Please arrive by 9:45am to sign-in. The planting starts at 10:00am. Friends of Trees will provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance, as well as light snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate -- all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather wearing sturdy shoes or boots, and be ready to have fun!
This event is kid-friendly. We kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home.
